Are there payment plans available?
Agents and Drivers paying through their statements may select up to 6 monthly payments – for both the hotel room and the registration fee.
Why should I attend?
Because it provides a great ROI (Return on Investment). What can you expect to gain from attending a convention? Think about it this way, if you leave the convention and begin taking advantage of the opportunities presented, just one success in any of the following areas adds to your bottom line. What does it cost?
$450 – Agent Regular Registration (Only one regular registration is required per agency)
$400 – Agent Associate or Spouse (Each additional registration per agency is at the reduced price)
What does that include?
- Attendance at all general sessions and seminars
- Refreshment break on Thursday afternoon
- Continental breakfast and lunch on Friday
- Full breakfast and lunch on Saturday
- Thursday’s Opening Night Cocktail Reception and Dinner
- Friday Night “Dinner and Entertainment with a Surprise Twist”
- Gala Awards Night on Saturday
What should I wear?
The convention is business casual for the daytime events – see individual special events for suggested attire.
When’s the deadline?
September 8, 2009 is the last date to register
Hotel Reservations
Reservation must be made through National Van Lines to receive convention rate of $179 for Wednesday 10/7 through Saturday 10/10. Additional nights are available at $229.
Travel Reservations
Travel arrangements need to be made directly with the airlines – for best rates, be certain to book flights prior to September 16, 2009 (21 day advance notice should provide the best rates)
