Welcome Reception – Hosted by National Forwarding Company

7:30 pm – 10:30 pm

We know you want to take the time to get re-acquainted with your fellow agents and drivers, so this cocktail reception will be the perfect occasion!  You’ll have the opportunity to mix-and-mingle, have a great meal and relax after your travels.

Then, when the evening starts to wind down, we’ll “retire” to the National Idol Cocktail Lounge – where you’ll have an opportunity to show the rest of the National Van Lines family that “National’s Got Talent!”  Yes, this is our very own version of Star Search!  Want to strut your stuff?  Want to put together an act, and show off?  Want to just sit back and watch?  It’s your call!

We’ll provide the DJ and Karaoke equipment, and you can “wing it” or if you contact us ahead of time, we’ll make sure your favorite song is on the list.  We can even help you download your favorite song to practice!

A Tribute to the Beatles with American English

Dinner, Entertainment and Time to Spare!

American English is simply the best Beatle Tribute story of our time.  This private exclusive concert is a once in a lifetime opportunity.  You’ll “Twist and Shout” through the early years, get funky with Sargeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, and join the “Revolution to Change the World” with the later years.  You’ll meet the band up-close, and the “photo ops” will take you down Abbey Road to the Yellow Submarine.  And, since it is Friday, and you’re in DOWNTOWN CHICAGO, we’ll get you out early enough to go and take advantage of Chicago’s nightlife!

Gala Awards Night

Join us to recognize National Van Lines’ and National Forwarding Company’s top performers.  This elegant banquet honors the best of the best with a formal awards ceremony, as well as the finest food and drink presented by the award-winning chefs at the Marriott.  Prepare to honor top agents and drivers, enjoy the feast and then dance the night away.
