Exhibitors' Costs

Dear Exhibitor/Sponsor:

It’s that time of year again! From October 8 – 10, 2009 salespeople and sales managers, customer service representatives, and agency principals representing 80% of our revenue producing agents from all over the country will be attending the National Van Lines Agent Convention. This is your opportunity to meet with as many of your “customers” as possible.

Our vendors receive special recognition during the convention. Continental breakfast is served in the exhibit hall giving you maximum visibility with attendees. Exhibitors are welcome to attend social events and general sessions. Event sponsors are prominently displayed in the programs and signage.  Please see the sponsorship package descriptions, as these promotional opportunities will give you valuable contacts throughout the National Van Lines system and agency family.

• Regular Registration – $450
• Each Additional Registration – Associate or Spouse – $400
• Booth (Tabletop or 8 X 10 Floorspace) – $500

• Both booth options include 6′ draped table, two chairs and tabletop sign
• Additional expense (payable directly to the hotel) for electric, internet, or other requests

Hotel Room

National has negotiated a special exhibitor’s rate of $229.00 single/double for the event. Please understand that the agent room rate is being subsidized, and is not available to exhibitors. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel at 312-836-0100. Please ask for the National Van Lines’ Convention Exhibitor Room Rate.
